Order Processing Time:

  • Each production method has a unique timeframe for completion. This information is written on the product specs page.
  • Custom orders or projects requiring special finishes or offshore factory production may necessitate additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

  • We provide a range of shipping options to cater to your specific needs, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. We have a repertoire of courier options to suit the shipment type and location required.
  • Shipping carriers utilised may include, but are not limited to, Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT, Toll, DHL, Fedex and Capital Courier for same day delivery.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your order, destination location, and chosen shipping method.
  • Shipping has been calculated per carton starting at $15.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is available. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will be happy to work out the shipping cost for you.

Order Tracking:

  • Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information directly from the chosen courier portal, via text message or email from Rebel Print Studio.
  • Track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping method, destination location, and carrier efficiency. Typically within 1-2 days depending on the state we are shipping to.
  • While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier disruptions may impact delivery schedules.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • Should your shipment arrive damaged or be lost in transit, promptly notify our customer service team for assistance.
  • We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to initiate a claim and coordinate a replacement or refund as necessary.

Change of Address:

  • If you require a change to the shipping address post-order placement, inform us as soon as possible. While we'll make every effort to accommodate your request, changes may not be feasible once the order has been processed for shipment.
